Product Setup

There are 3 ways to setup your new Kangen Water system.

1. Connecting the machine directly to your faucet.

   *Many faucets will have different sizing and may require additional adapters. Those can be purchased at Ion Faucet here.

   *Pull down faucet diverters can be purchased here

2. Install an Ion Faucet to the side of your regular faucet.

   The ion faucet comes in different styles and finishes to match your main faucet. Purchase here (You may need a handyman/plumber to help with install depending on your skill level.)

3. Install a new main faucet with a built in diverter.

Optional PRE-FILTER setup

Use this list as a guide to determine which pre filter would be the best setup for your home.

Enagic ionizers all have a filter which removes Chlorine, sediment and odor from our water. However, some people want more chemicals and contaminants removed such as Fluoride, Heavy Metals, etc.

WATER QUALITY

If you are unsure of the quality of your drinking water there are a few options to find out.

• Order an at home test kit such as: https://mytapscore.com/

• Hire someone local to come out and test for you.

• Do a search online for your city/county water stats.

• Use EWG and search by zip code to find out what contaminates are in your water (US Customers). https://www.ewg.org/tapwater/

PREFILTER OPTIONS

1. The Perfect Water Home Master Countertop Filter - The F2 Elite model filters flouride and most other contaminants. Replace cartridge every 3-4 months. NOTE: THIS HAS A SILVER SIDE SPOUT.

2. Installation of Pre-Filters

If you are using a pre-filter, the setup will depend on which system you are using. There are 2 types of pre-filter installations: countertop OR under the sink. Under the sink can be more involved depending on the type of filter you purchased.
