WHAT IS ELECTROLYZED REDUCED WATER?
ERW is antioxidant-rich, healthy water for revitalized cells and a healthy alternative to regular tap and bottled water.
Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) or hydrogen water, begins as tap water. It is then filtered to remove chlorine and other impurities from the tap water and then separates the hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis. This process donates electrons and essentially creates new molecules called diatomic molecular hydrogen, or h2, or molecular hydrogen. Molecular hydrogen is a very effective antioxidant so when you drink ERW, you are drinking antioxidant-rich water!
An oxidant, by definition, is an oxidizing agent, while an antioxidant is any substance that acts to slow or prevent the oxidation of another chemical.
Electrolyzed reduced water can be used for various purposes, including drinking, cooking, beauty, and cleaning. Scientists in Japan have found that ERW significantly reduced cell death caused by oxidation and that molecular hydrogen provides neuro-protection for the cells. In the human body, oxidative damage has been implicated in many of our modern-day diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Antioxidants, on the other hand, act to tame the free radicals (or highly reactive chemicals) in the body that have potential to harm cells and cause disease.

Here are some problems with drinking the most commonly used waters . . .
Tap Water
Tap water is obviously a healthier option than a soft drink, but according to the Environmental Working Group, since 2004 there have been 278 pollutants found in America’s tap water, and over half of these pollutants are completely unregulated. This means that, unfortunately, pollutants can legally exist in your tap water in any quantity. However, legal doesn’t always mean safe. At the current level of contamination, many question the quality of tap water, and many more wonder if it is even safe enough to drink at all. Based on this alone, it is no wonder that the demand for Kangen water is constantly increasing.
Bottled water
Bottled water is not necessarily any healthier than tap water but it’s often associated with healthy drinking water. Not only is it not guaranteed or proven to be any better (often the only difference is added synthetic minerals), it costs substantially more and creates detrimental environmental impacts. A 4-year study by the Natural Resources Defense Council shows that 1/3 of the bottled water tested contained levels of contamination that exceed the allowable limits. Bottled water can also be slightly acidic, which may affect your body’s pH. In addition, the environmental impacts caused by the production and disposal of single-use plastic bottles are harmful to the entire ecosystem.
Reverse Osmosis Water
Reverse osmosis is a filtering process that may be effective in areas that do not receive municipally treated water and is commonly used in bottled water facilities. The problem with this process is that reverse osmosis removes healthy, naturally occurring minerals in the water. These minerals not only provide taste, but they also serve a vital function in the body’s system. When stripped of these minerals, water can become unhealthy. Adding minerals back into this type of water was once thought to be a solution but we now know that adding synthetic minerals back into our water can cause health concerns of their own.

WATER TYPES

Not for drinking. Strong Kangen Water preserves hygiene in your daily life due to its strong cleaning effect. It has dissolving and heat conducting benefits.
Usage: food preparation and cleaning.
Food Preparation. Remove rawness from vegetables such as green onions, bamboo, wasabi, and flowering fern with Strong Kangen Water.

Usage: drinking, food preparation, coffee and tea, soups and stews, and watering plants.

Face Wash. The astringent properties of Acidic water are effective in toning and firming your skin. Pat the skin and leave to dry. This water is also excellent as a toner after shaving.
Hair Care. Use this water instead of conditioner after shampooing. Reduces annoying tangles and brings out a radiant shine. Keep in a spray bottle and spray your hair and face when you're out and about.
Pet Care. Spray your pet with this water and brush afterward to obtain soft and shiny fur.
Polishing. Polish mirrors, eyeglasses, glass objects, and windows to a high sheen.
Cleaning. Remove dirt from hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, etc. without leaving a sticky residue.
Frozen Food. Spray foods with Acidic Water when freezing so that the food, including fish and shrimp, does not lose its flavor when thawed out. -
Not for drinking. This water has cleansing properties. Use Strong Acidic Water to clean kitchen utensils, countertops, and more to prevent cross-contamination.

Cleaning & Reducing Germs. Clean knives, cutting boards, dish towels, kitchen cloths, etc. Clean in and around the kitchen, which is a breeding ground for germs.
Hygiene. Clean your hands or your toothbrush. Keep a spray bottle in your bathroom for easy access.
